Designed these box myself to play reggae/dub sounds
I wont bore you with pics showing me breaking down sheets goods etc but either way, enjoy

Surely some bracing on the back of the baffle would help though?

as a diy effort not bad, but as a pro builder (re your web page) you need to be using proper 13lam 18mm birch ply... and defo look at the way you brace the cab....

your handle boxes are on the large side did you take this into account when working out cab volume.... when rounding over the box I would use a bigger round over bit, normally with a radius half the wood thickness....

the two braces you have are ok, but I would of added a 3rd one in the middle, from front to back of box.

please take this advice as constructed criticism, and not knocking your work....

And you need to have a think about your prices. 

The quote you gave me for simple rectangular boxes with two holes in was nearly as much as another established box builder gave me for MT121's. 

Should have been much cheaper.
