I,ve build some new JBL 4530 replicas with PD154.  Deep loud bass coming out.  Have only left to sand and color it down.

The build looks good,but why did you use chipboard?..they are going to be really heavy,and wont like being moved....honestly,it would have been worth spending a bit more,and use Plywood.

It works fine, inner bracings struts added.
 
Plywood ist much much heavier:
750-800 kg/m3
 
Chipboard :
450-470kg/m3
 
MDF :
750-900kg/m3

We used to use chipboard.  You could find it for free, it was nice and light for carrying, but one bump or any moisture and it was curtains.

Might be worth adding some aluminium extrusion to protect the edges if they are to be moved much.
