I'd try go 6th order bandpass too.
i have a tiny 5inch 4th bp box and for a tiny box it bumps along quite nicely at low levels. Its about 12×6×8inch box. |

It adds a little bottom end to the tv without going crazy on an oit-and-out full blown system.
You cant turn it up or it will just cook itself... think its a 25watt jobbie and sat in the corner near the tv just adds a little to the sound. Its no hi-fi but does A job. |
