You need 4 pole speakon. 1+/1- to the 12 and 2+/2- to the HF.

Im pretty confused about how to wire the speakon to the mid and the compression driver in my MT 121s...

Correct me if Im wrong, but surely if you wire the speakon to the 12" driver to the compression driver they are all receiving the same signal.
