Yup I am thinking that way but I will at some point just use a small system. 2 x15 bass and 2 x 12 tops. Ive bought it all like this by default really. Bought the smaller cabs as a set then saw the other stuff come up on ebay really cheap or done deals before end of auctions to get them. I used Maryland cookies to swing the deal. Try it it works!
 
Total cost of the cabs, all of which were nearly new. £1620 plus £80 in fuel. Driverack £220. They are all spotless aswell!
 
Im going to keep an eye out for some more 18's though but ive totally spent out on my budget and sold everything I had spare to pay for it all. The amps cost me nothing except ive gotta do a few jobs with the PA this year for free.Smile
