I think I know where the inspiration for that front panel design came from...

Enjoy repairing that wreckage. Probably you will need to replace the PCB too unless you wanna make wire jumpers over the damaged copper tracks. That PCB looks really nasty. Ouch

I suspect after a good clean the damage won't look quite as bad.  I'm curious what the amp is.  I can't quite figure out the topology from those pics.  Also I know one output stage is upside down compared with the other but they still don't look the same.

ClassH 2 step!

Failed AB part from it, maybe oversized fuses, or fake 2SA 2SC output devices, the one wich burnt the 2 watts resistor are OPENED emitter, leaving the tension to chain burning other components , because the fuses did not blew when output devices fails...

Is an classical class H2 step OVERVOLT failing!
Very Bad!

I Bet is CHINA ONE!

it looks to be a single channel of 5+5 devices on the left, plus 2 channels of 3+3 devices on the right,  mirror split half way up the PCB on the right if you look.

PSU has different raisl left and right side of the amp, I would guess the right side is 2 channels at a lower voltage than the left.  just noticed its 5 DC supplies wires to each channel ... so theres a bit of rail switching going on

Clearly purpose built as a 3CH, so most likely bass, mid, top  from some sort 3 way box ... .looks too old/crap to be off a powered line array box ..

Going back to the unnamed strange amp, I think Cilla has cracked it.  Well spotted there.
