Just found out that my students' union has replaced a poorly C-Audio RX 3801 with what sounds like a Crown XTi ("it's a Crown, silver thing with a little screen on the front"). Considering I'm the only person who actually understands the system & has kept it running for the past 18 months without sounding like complete balls, this is more than a little galling!
Anybody know how truthful the specs for the XTi are? Depending on what model they've bought the limiters in the LMS might need some substantial adjustment...

Dear All. I have long been a passive viewer of this very interesting thread. Last night I was looking through pictures taken by a friend who went to CES 2012, he knows that I have a passion for big amps so he took pictures of a lot of amps for me. Amongst them this mystery amp, it looks very beefy. For some reason he forgot to take a photo of the front of the amp and he cant remember what company displayed it.
