Any suggestions on a decent little amp to power an old technics 2 way monitor and maybe it's twin, they're both rated at 6ohm and 60w rms I think.... |

Lepai LP2020A+. Plug and play solution. It's not a top of the line product, but the most recent version is pretty good.

http://hifimediy.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=59_72&product_id=77 they have some more amps in there, but this particular one is happy on 12v source... good experience with them have couple of their boards no problems so far :-) |

It's meant for 24-30v, lower efficiency on 12v and higher idle power. TA202x or Maxamp is better suited for 12v operation. If connected to mains it wouldn't be a problem.
