but some how that  hole in the white horn look small what size is the 12" open???

It doesn't have a plug though, minus the surface area of the rear of the plug from the W8C and it should give you they new smaller hole (I don't know if that's why its been done but there is no plug in mykey's version so it makes sense to me)

yes, larger mouth, longer horn = lower cut off
