Hello friends of SPEAKERSPLANS

I want to ask for help to select the most appropriate bass cabinet in terms of size and efficiency for low bass FANE 18XB 1000 watts RMS

I Get the planes for the Rhino scoop boxes I have many people recommended of thems but are very large from the point of view of space and transport was looking for something similar but smaller as RCF PFR180SW RCF ESW1018 or MTL-46 or some reflex box or some other model or smaller scoops that will bring high efficiently SPL in open areas

I would like to know what would be the performance of these low in these two RCF boxes I mentioned before there will be no way of knowing that such conduct could FANE 18XB low in these acoustic boxes?

I want manage maximun external sizes for the box like 75cm deep until 75cm high and 60cm height

I appreciate all your support and collaboration

... and maybe just ask the question in one thread, rather than several asking the same thing.

Just found this thread,

Ive got few fane 18in drivers doing nothing so got something in mind, i only want to build 1x box tho, (Got plenty orther boxs ect so dont need 2x box)

would it be a silly idea to build this design as a one bass box?
or the G-sub ie 1x box
or the fane 200l reflex as one bass box...

so just curious which will give me most spl and bass depth

thanks!!!

rcf pfr180ws plan seems nice n simple! How can the port length be calculated in winisd of a similar design?

Does the vertical "tunnel" also count as a port? the 18x40 is obvious but does the 20x30 "tunnel" also count as a port? How can one simulate such design in winisd?

"what!?"
