Need card fully compatible with '7 x64, good driver support for use with laptop
Priority is playback quality and seemless integration. Bloated, unresponsive drivers are less than desirable. Output balanced L+R XLRs would be splendid. Edited by levyte357 - 08 February 2012 at 12:44pm |

Closest you will get at £30 is a UCA202 toslink to external DAC. All USB cards should meet class standards and not need a seperate driver (few are an exception). FW is another matter.
Otherwise a second hand M-audio could do the job. |
