Chameleon amplifier

   I have just come across my second Chameleon amplifier. This is a little later than their strange 1U offering, and it's called 3700dp/2
One channel has blown 16 of the 18 output transistors, but with those disconnected, it still won't power up. It has two mains transformers, and is obviously hand built. 
Does anyone have any leads for some technical details? The only Chameleon on electrotanya is the 2200.
