Hello guys,

What would be other softwares to possibly simulate this hybridbandpasshorn?
Still working on AJhorn but still can't get it right.
Cheers!

For the stubs I would think in terms of mass and compliance as regards to the chamber and ports, there will be a resistance component, more so if the ports are made up of lots of small holes instead of three or four larger holes.'Hornresponse' by David McBean would model all but the stub, much simpler to use for initial design and the output can be imported into AKABAK.

Could you use the stuffing/damping function in Hornresp to emulate the resonator?
Might be worth starting a thread in DIYAudio sub forum, some seriously good sim geeks on there (including McBean)

Thanks guys...Smile been spending few hours on this AJhorn at the moment.
I will try to look further on the hornresp.

Also I have check the DIY audio sub forum, guess you are right bitSmasher, a lot of geeks there with good discussions to ponder and learn including stub/cone compensation.
