Dose anyone have the Freq responce range of the 15" in the EV Elimnator?

The crossover in the PDF says 800Hz but no lower limit.

I did, I already have the PDF. Freq responce mentioned is for full responce, 45Hz - 14kHz and 45Hz - 9kHz

1A Using 15", 8" + Horn, and 2xT35

The crossover figures for the 8" at 800Hz, T35 at 3.5kHz

Horn Resp says it will play from about 50Hz ok to 260Hz. 8' would need to take over from 300.

Frequency response is for the -10dB points, they roll off below 100hz.

An 8hd is an 800hz horn and they have a 1" exit, 2" coil, phenolic diaphragm compression driver.

If you got Hornresp to say 50hz, you got the input page wrong.

What did you use, 1Pi?

The measured performance of the box shows it turns the corner at 100hz and is 10dB down around 50hz or so.

Well done DJK for the 'blurb' on this cab.
Many years ago a friend had 4 Ev  cabs as these. He would NOT change them, so we added Beyma loaded subs, fitted Beyma 750's, and horn's. Replaced the EV 15B's with RCF, Used a BSS xover and C-audio amps.

The end result was pretty good back then. Low LF, punchy and a good top end. How much? Sell 'em!!!

What a way to go to get to the end.....Shocked

Don't know how much difference it's going to make, but there were two different baffle board configurations (at least). The 1971 plans have the speaker mounted to a baffle board with simply a round hole cut out. The 1969 plans have the speaker mounted to a baffle with a 7 1/2 X 14 slot cut-out.
