Tried searching this whole thread but will B&C 18TBX100 work okay with this?  I live in North America and the PD1850s are way too expensive to get here.

If not is there any other B&C or RCF drivers that will work well in this?

Much appreciated.

Sorry, should have been more specific.  An RCF driver that is still available in North America.  The LF18N401 seems to have been discontinued according to Parts-express

Mostly just wondering if the 18TBX100 will work because we have 8 of them.

1850s will fir fine and work well we have tried many drivers in shb cabs over the last 4 yrs and so far the void and the 1850 / 1851 /1852 work the best tho the pd push out a lot more sound pressure but the void v1000 have a louder db then the pd but i like the pd for the sound the void can be a bot harsh the bnc will work as well tho there is a mod for the chamber to change the volume. With the rcf 401 if thats the 1 they made for cant remember the model number now they work well but dont go as hard as pd or void and do tend to go if u push them to hard bit sill sound good.

s3nate I have 5 X PD 1850 here in Tampa FL if you're interested, they're brand new in factory sealed boxes stored in climate controlled storage facility. I was planning on building the SBH's with them but my next project will be an install 21" folded horn subs. My friend from UK shipped them to me I had 6 but another DJ friend built an 1850 horn that's why I have 5 left, you can use the 5th driver as backup till you can get recones. So if you're interested I have them, will be selling these on ebay soon because it's taking up too much space. I also have brand new in sealed factory boxes PD2150's thanks!Smile

Try sim with n451 or even better x451, good horn drivers with higher ebp / bl than 401
