I made an extra acces panel at the top, and I saw an air leak on the side of the baffle.
When I fixed it the sound was much better, it sounds just great, and goes very low.

It hits 20hz with no problem.

I've now tested it quite well, the void breakbeat track is just awesome.
The sound is very smooth and you can feel the bass from 16hz and up.

They are loaded with Tangband W8-740C drivers.

Here are some pictures:

That's the sawed wood:

That's the basic layout:

That's the speaker clamps:

That's the Tapped Horn Subwoofer Producing Unbelievable Depth, or in short, TH-SPUD:

and That's the drivers:

And by the way, I already was going to replace the screws in the acces panel for bolts, just like in all my other cabs, and in this one for sure, they slowly turn loose and out of the gap.

And I havn't fitted connector panels yet.

Today I made the wheelboards, and made everything ready for tomorrow.

I will be running the CB's each off a Yamaha P4500 in bridge.

Do you think they would ship their expanded metal to the UK?

I don't know exactly, you should give them a call.

But maybe you can find a sheetmetal store in the uk that sells them.

I've started building on three 10'' monitors, I haven't got a horn and comp driver yet.
So I made the baffle removable

I build them using a tacker and glue, and used screws for the baffle.

They will be loaded with a P-audio SN-10MB, the filter will be a beyma at 2,5khz.
The wood is waterproof mdf 12mm.

Here are some pictures
The wood sawed:
