They Kyro series were RAM Audio re-badged and are pretty good amps.

Doesn't sound too shabby though, for what it does! This is mine, and the damage is pretty horrific considering I'd loaned this to somebody for a 'small bar charity gig' to run one basic reflex bin off the bass output, and it was meant to be baby sat by a friend. Curious what they decided to ram into the stereo outs to do this much savagery...

Will be some stern words had once I get the invoice from the good man with it on the bench.

Yuck! ... wild guess, 90% of the problems come from those connectors between the front PCB and the main board?

nasty.
My girlfriend thinks I'm a stalker.
Well, she's not exactly my girlfriend yet ...

Chevin amps are great quality! They do not like being dropped. But their design leads me to think that they are made by higher beings ;-)

Back to earth with a thud, couldnt resist posting this one:

jesus h christ on a bike ... what a mess.

which nimrod thought it would be a good idea to strap the transformer secondaries with all their pulses to the rest of the wiring with cable ties?

the designer deserves a good kicking for that one .. it truly is an awful way to build anything ... must be expensive and labour intensive too!
