Has anyone compared these two in a Hog or other scoop? They have rather similar parameters if you ignore the fact that the BMS has a 4" voicecoil.
Don't test the champignon sound

Rog designed the V1200 as a dedicated scoop driver, don't think the same can be said ior the BMS

not saying the BMS is bad, far from it

didn't think you could get v1200's anymore?

We have run 850's in Smithers hogs. Also done a nice tapped horn for the 850 :)

The 850 has the better cooling and build quality whether it sounds better than the 1200 is down to personal choice, I thought that the 850,s sounded smoother and less aggressive but as I am totally biased not a very fair comparison.
