For Sale. 2x Idex boxes with Fane 15 Collossus 450's (Does Coolosus get more points?) with 1" Martin Audio comps,Eminence 1" flares,Link Dynamics 3.5 Khz crossovers, modded ports and L-pads.
My shit...Customised chipboard with thin skin fibreglass in and out. I had to start somewhere.
£500 anyone ?lol. I ain't selling tho'. They are too fantastic. I might paint 'em with Trimite and get £600.

I can even stick some LED's or laser pens in 'em if you like the custom touch.

haha those JBL gto drivers actually aren't bad at all, atleast for car audio. I have the 10" 1002D  in a bill fitzmaurice autotuba folded horn. Halfrauds sell allot worse like fli!

Definitely a dreamer though :)

This thread is great.... I've been messaging sellers for extra entertainment.

Here's the reply about this item:
Dear olliepee,

Hi,
Yes they are car audio drivers
They can be used either in your car or in your house with the matching amp
Thanks

Is this guy dreaming? £1000 for these or what...

2x

DeadDeadDeadDead
Deadless than £160 expenditure on drivers, and my guess for wood and REALLY EXTRA COOL  'Professionally sprayed in glossy red and white'
boxes is a possible maximum of £150, how does he think by lying about their output and writing in large bold letters is going to fool anybody out of £690... if he does you will be seeing me post lots of these on Ebay!!

On the other end of the spectrum - I wonder if these will actually get any higher than £10. They're certainly not worth any more!!!

I was unfortunate enough to experience a disco using a pair of these red carpeted Chinese boxes a few weeks ago. Even when disco’s were in their infancy in the 70’s they wouldn’t have produced an acceptable sound.

it's all just cardboard and magnets really
