Not my ideal her, I need a touch screen laptop, budget £650-700

Must run W7 pro x64, W8 is no use to anyone, my main use is Avolites Titan One which doesn't seem to work well under w8

thinking

Toshiba PSUBAE-00M013EN

has 32GB SSD, I use Apple MBPs (running windows) by choice but as I don't have Apple budget and they don't have a touchscreen......

I really use either Tosh Tecra or Apple so I am a bit out of the loop on laptop tech, so any suggestions for decent (IBM/HP/Tosh/?) laptop in that budget would be appreciated.....

i5 (or AMD equiv) CPU level is fine, no need to run 3DsMAx here..

Went to the gadget show last weekend (dissapointing this year) and some one was showing a touch screen cover, looked good and think it would do the job. They said that they have one for most common sized screens.
To much power? NEVER.

These were not being sold as a homebrew setup, just a bolt on to your laptop.
No different to using a wirless mouse/keyboard.
To much power? NEVER.
