hi guys once again need some help i want to build a single 18" cab with a 1" or 2" horn/tweeter just a simple 2 way cab for a friend to use for party's can this be done and what crossover / horn / tweeter / driver's would people recommend and is there any plans out there as i will also be using those my self i want the bass as well as clear mids and top end thanks guy's :)

Maybe throw in a cheeky 8 or 10 inch driver for the mids then? Else your gonna have a big dip in your mid.

or use a BMS 4592 or similar - but you will need more than 1 18" to keep up with that driver.

i have a pair of 10" drivers laying around doing nothing thing there 200watt rms 8ohms so u recommend a 3 way cab ????

3 way would work, have you thought about crossover / amps for this project?

Yes I think it'd sound a lot better with a smaller driver like a 10" taking care of the mids. It will of course need to be in a separate chamber in the cab, isolated from the 18" driver.

Can the bms play low enough to meet a 18"?
