In the day it was a well built budget option.  I have a fair MM Paice collection, big black and beautiful LOL.  Haters called it M(ickey) M(ouse), but I have a massive soft spot for the AP360 amp.  That one has those new fangled XLRs so probably near the end production.

I have no idea. Its kinda cheap IMO so I might just grab it for a test. Im goin to use it to feed my mixer the lo/mid/hi. Im not using it as a crossover for speakers.

Need to check the golden oldies!

Low budget but reliable enough. Crossover frequencies were usually 300hz & 3Khz.

Burningbush - I still have a soft spot for AP360's too! God knows why.....

Drivers and cabs were different back then, more efficient.  You should be able to change the frequency - probably internally there maybe cards or dip switches or it may not be 300hz at all.  300 would be perfect for a 4560 loaded right, then onto your mid flares with twin cones upto your bullet array at 3k.  Old skool.  4560 play down to your scoops at 80 or what eva'. Big smile

I believe they were fixed at those frequencies rather than adjustable so it could be a case of getting hold of the schematics and swapping resistors to change the frequencies which might be a bit of a pain.

300hz and 3Khz were popular at the time because bass cabinets were expected to reach higher than we would reasonably expect today. In fact the popular 4560 was intended to be used as a low mid enclosure.
The flare had little effect at lower frequencies and the enclosure behaved more like a big reflex box below around 120hz.
