... well I did (have a little lurk - ST508 with 24V Lipo pack running - had Grove Rd between Old Ford roundabout and "Hackney village" rockin anna winin'' for a few mins - ROADBLOCK !!! (literally) :-) - then some dumbf*ck plods came along and tried to stop me, quoting "dispersal orders" and all kind of b*llocks. Just moved on a bit and carried on. Heh. Policing by consent ? No rapping.. But the intro goes a lot like you mentioned.. Early nineties and if available in high-res would make a great tune to test the limits of your rig..
