Hi everyone, been looking into the SBH's and just wondering is it worth swapping out 4 x Super Scoops loaded with V-18's and having 4 x SBH's ?

Also what Upper-bass (Kick section) do you recommend sitting with them?

Music we play ranges from Hard Trance, Prog, Jungle and Electro.

Thanks SmileSmile

If you want real lows go SBH. If you want the scoop sound, keep the scoops.

Martin 215 is hard to beat for kicks.

it would be useful to know what you have above the super scoops at the moment.
i've found scoops are good for jungle, sbh else may be better for the other styles you mentioned

There the middle section, 4 X scoops, 2 X W bins and Cerwins on top, was thinking 4 X SBH and 2 X Martin 215 as suggested :D

the sbh and martins will make a great combo, but the choice on scoops vs horns really falls to one thing.. Type of music content you play..

Ahhhh well, we love to play so much but it normally ends up being a hard beat so SBH it is! I hate the speakers front faced in scoops also Cry
