Read this thread looking for ideas for a good second hand amp for sub duty and what I've learnt is I need alcohol in my isotonic drinks. I think this is progress.

I've had 1 on install in light clip since may with no problems was keeping it secret till I got my batch I think everybody down South is doing the same I would strongly recommend you demo 1 also I have some lab gruppen basses pascal 14k amps that piss on my k20 and have been doing real damage for around 3 years but there like rocking horse shit right now

Just mentioned Berry, as OP was being cheap.

Don't think Lab copies will last night, doing 2 ohm, like K20 can.

And pushing PL9 is always "hope it doesn't blow tonight".

We've pushed the Lab copies on 2 ohm load, live band setup, run them till clip lights are blinking. You could easily noticed the street lights are dimming when these 14Ks hits bass notes.
But survival rate is around 6 moths to 1 year.

The first batch of these copies back in 2008 uses the same IGBTs as the real LG FP13000 which is SGW25N120. Few years later when LG drop the FP13000 comes out the FP14K which uses a higher current IGBTs than the FP13Ks.  Pushing these amps in 2 ohms load will easily overheat the IGBTs resulting to a new year celebration. LOL  the small fan is not enough to take out the heat from IGBTs heatsink. Thumbs Down
