Or something, Adam ;)

A little prototype we're working on, not being used in this configuration as the Ashly is standalone, not networked or computer controlled. Usually a different DSP in there.

Does what is says on the tin! Looks like an Ohm amp some one has gutted and turned in to a patch panel....

A panel to "easily" plug in a signal source or/and routing of said signal or/and hooking up your speakers without having to mess around with the back of your amps. Makes you life easier and for faster hook ups.

Nothing's been gutted or modified; it's an off the shelf unit (at the moment).

Has XLR in and link on the front mirrored to the back, along with an RJ45 socket on the front with 5 of them on the back with a network switch inside (originally intended for an Ethernet controlled DSP amp which is no longer with us).
In addition, there are 32 Pomona / banana plug sockets on the back linked to the 4 x NL4s and 2 x NL8s on the front for easy patching of speaker outs.

Oh and it deals with the power too - 32a ceeform on the front with a mains checker and 4 x powercon outs on the back - with a time delayed power sequencer so everything comes on one at a time :)

EDIT oh yeah and 2 x USB ports for gooseneck lights / phone chargers etc
