Really enjoying these so far. Interchangeable for my 3 main rig configurations quite comfortably although it would be nice to get a second k10 some ways down the road.

What's on the shelf right now - K3DSP, X4s, K20DSP three of the K20 and a K3 are already out on a job, so this isn't even the whole pile.

Toastyghost, is this means that you always reinstall your racks before a particular job?

Mostly yeah, that way amps get inspected, cleaned if necessary, and we can be much more flexible. It's a bit more work for warehouse people but that's not a huge deal.

We do carry a whole bunch of different combinations of system and often vehicle space is at a premium so only taking what is needed helps. Eventually we will only carry X4 and K20 so I'm working on a modular rack system that keeps our flexibility without loads of space being needed.

Plus there are times we actually have nothing spare - in August we had to sub in a couple times!

I've always thought that the following configurations will work for most things and can be very modular.
3x X4, or
2x X4 + 2x K20. Although it does depend what you are doing. Id imagine you'd want more sub amps :) The Turbosound flashline patchbays work almost perfectly for both configurations. It would be awesome if Void made something similar. That with a built in 5 way AES splitter would be the one!
