Hi,
I'm running a pair of paudio C18650 el's in parallel of a pv2600 in bridgemode.

my problem is how to work out how to give the 650s 1300w only [+/- 3db range]. Has anyone had one on the bench and noted the gain pots increments in relation to the actual output voltage?

on the front of the 2600 going from zero -t 32db but it seems that this is relative and a bit arbitrary due to different gain structures etc/ its use with other setups seams as though it increases more in the initial 3/4 turn - but maybe this could be to do with the perception of loudness - i.e. needing a lot more power to make it appear louder after a certain point? .

The Manual provides no help here, other that its say that at at 32db it should give the maximum out of 2600 into 4ohm, and that at zero its at its 'lowest setting'.

manual:

does anyone have a guide for the rate/ration the input sensitivity will be increased?  e.g. front pot = 26db = 1600w/'XX'v rms I.e. is it an close to an exponential  curve in reality?

just so i can have cautious estimate

cheers.
