   Any recommendations on what effect processor would be best
for live band situation (primarily vocals) with a price of under $200?

what kind of effects are you looking for, traditional tools such as compression, reverb, echo or something a little more mindbending?

TC M300 is pretty good bang for the buck.. Better yet: Find a used TC M One..
