As regards to CNC plans, that definitely sounds very dodgy to me.
Most newbies would google martin wsx plan, and find them instantly, and then get them built. Or buy ply versions. If you can afford to get cabs CNC'd, then seems you would have downloaded plan, and given them to firm with CNC facilities, who might possibly have cnc prog for martin wsx anyway. my advice would be to give them a polyurea coating if the build quality is worth it. Wont matter if its MDF then.
I know of 3 companies in germany doing polyurea for speakers. you can PM me if you like. |
