fully agree about rap & bashment negatives..... but it is said that glasgow is most violent city in uk & has been for very long time how would he explain that?.....

Because Scotland has had gangs for many, many decades.  Kids like 11-14 yrs old join the local street casuals to receive their training, 20-30 in a gang so doesn't matter how hard you are - 30 kids will stomp ya and put you in hospial.  Then they progress to gang college for older teens, early twenties where they are less on the street, more run things.  Eventually if they survive they end up in the bars as big men.

Knives, chains, swords, snooker balls in socks, half a brick are the weapons - but the nothing to lose attitude is the danger.
