From memory i believe it gives 6x110w,or 2x240w in stereo mode. But certainly sounds much louder than those figures would suggest. These big Onkyo recievers from the early 90's are great value,would have been a fortune new then,and of course they were made in Japan,not china. You can pick a high-end one up for between £50 and £100 on ebay, whereas a top-of-the-range 70's amp,like a Pioneer or Marantz are now upwards of a thousand quid. So grab a bargain whilst you still can. Remember, heavier the better. |
