2cents:
SSP were rumbling nice and clear compared to when they were at GP for real, glad they ironed out the technical issues. They don't need to push the set hard, just let it play nice with the rub-a-dub selection and stick to what they are about "We're not a clash sound...".
Destiny was heavy too, but they seem to struggle to even get into the swing of things after sorting their technical problem. When it was their turn to play it was some long waiting ting that was beginning to mess with the flow of the rounds.*scratches dome*
Hawkeye sounded fine low end, mid section was bit hollow. But them so called dubplates are artist singing over b-side junk. Credit due that they got the dance lively by throwing down the gauntlet with some mic banter for good measure...
Champion Music Force weren't the heaviest there but they sounded good enough and possibly best musically as far as I can remember. I'd like to hear them again to see what more they have to offer.
Large up promoter and all four sounds for doing the works to bring out the machines into the community and keeping the sound-system ting alive and relevant.Clap

Now that was a nice un-biased review. Cheers for that :-)

I really need to make it to one of these at some point.. the mrs does like reggie reggie music (even if i dont) and its always good to keep the boss happy :-D

If it sounds like a gorilla is trying to escape, turn it down.
