According to the dimensions, I'll say it's basically a Visaton MB115b with a few alterations.

any hornresp diagrams? i dont like to really depend on things like that but i want to know what the possible frequency range is?

There is a single cab impedance/frequency respons curve on that webpage... should give you an idea what to expect.

the frequency cuts off too early for me, i need a kick that will run between 50&250hz (15" cabs only)

HD15 will do a better job than the cabinet design shown and its also about half the size of it.
