Pd.186 is not suitable for the X1 V18 will be.
The X1 is brutal on drivers and the 186 can't really handle it |

Ok it's just blue aran have sold out of the V18's and won't be in stock until April I can wait till then but as will lots of others and it could be ages before I can get my hands on them to load my X1's so was looking for a back up plan if I can't get the voids there is lots on here regarding different drivers but none seem to be as popular as the V18 as a tried and tested driver I end up going round in circles and ending up at the V18

The Pd1850 is also a tested option.}
some of my mates built a 4 of these and actually managed to find 4 of the p.audio drivers that it was originally designed for. ANother option would be second hand V18s or chassis and get them reconed? |

Testing at Bluearan and by others suggests that one of the Oberton drivers works well in any cabs that the PD1850 and V18-1000 works in. Have a chat with Ed...
