I have an old Dell Latitude 110L that i want to run music recording and dj software i dont know what the current specs of the laptop are like RAM and processor but it needs to be upgraded.

Heres the specs needed for the dj software

ProcessorIntel Processors
i3, i5 or i7   32 & 64 bit: 1.07GHz+   3 
Core 2 Duo   32 bit: 2.0 GHz+    64 bit: 2.4 GHz+


RAM32 bit: 2 GB
64 bit: 4 GB

Does anyone know where i can get these parts?

You are kinda screwed, the Lappy you have has a max 1.6Ghz CPU which will be 32bit only.
 
Crucial show a max ram load of 1Gb so you can't even get near the min spec for you software, add the that what I am sure will be a hideously slow hard drive, (based on the max 60GB spec I am not think SSD here)
 
I think you could spend £27 on a module to bring the ram to max and still find your CPU can't cope.
A single core/single thread 1.6Ghz isn't a 2GHz C2Duo by any stretch and for audio work, I would be think not at the min spec, more a 2.5 Quadcore and 6-8GB on win 64..

Indeed, flogging a dead horse with that one sorry to say. It will do music recording with ease but you may be out of luck with DJ software.
