Trying to figure out what peak voltage I want to set corresponding to the peak wattage I want to pull out the amp?
Can anyone send me in the right direction of a decent conversion table?

Look up ohms law, or use one of the free converter apps available.

Hi Grubbah,
Is this for setting the limiters in the DSP amplifiers? B

was wondering too how the powersofts handle their options to limit output voltage vs. mains current from a sonical point of view..
if i set voltage to highest possible but limit mains to min of 15A, fast, to draw the least possible, what does actually happen to the signal if the amp exceeds the current draw/limits itself? having played same subs+amps running off 16A and 32A leads me to the conclusion that the k10s indeed tends to reduce lf response in favour of keeping levels unnoticably changed. (loosing sub notes if current is limited, other than that still high output) |
