hi, a friend of mine got these 2 midtops, http://imageshack.com/a/img540/2366/NuzXoT.jpg
loaded with a B&C 12cx32 for the low section and a eminence psd2002 hf driver. on the back there is a px2 3k5,

isn't this too high for crossing a 12 driver? maybe this is for the hf driver and some tweeters?

yes, they're coaxial http://www.bcspeakers.com/products/coaxial/archive/12cx32
is there any difference using a coaxial driver instead of a normal one in a horn?

I would probably do that anyway as I'm not sure a co-ax driver would work in horn, also, I'm intrigued, when you say the cable connectors are missing on the hf do you mean there are no connections on the driver itself? It sounds like are no diaphragms in them if that's the case.
