modelling a hog scoop on sketchup i found that the measurements of the internal parts come a little bit different, is it caused by the program or by the plans? i'd like to know before i cut the ply wrong

Caused by sketchup.. Using a calculator measure and add together each intersecting part, line, joint etc between two extremities of a model in sketchup. I often find that the dimensions don't add up.. Nor do they stick, An 18mm extrusion in sketchup rarely actually measures 18mm. If i was asked to machine a sketchup file without redrafting the best tolerance i could guarantee is +/-1mm. As standard we guarantee 0.25mm.
