Mixing them in the same horizontal plane is not good.

Forget the THL series, complete shit, budget floodlight with a driver missing, like a TA-500 Aspect (which never worked either) due the driver geometry Flash/flood side by side is an issue if they are int eh same process domain, I have had to do it in the past (3 Flash aside with a single Flood outfill on teh same stack) and by using 2 process domains the mess was dealt with, but that is 14 DSP channels and 16 amp channels for a tiny rig!

Having heard the Aspect wide TA-500 several times on top of TSW-218 i really like them. What do you think is wrong with them?

Yes, and a set of 4 floods is more desirable if it comes to selling them on at a later date.

They could do a virtual flown array with that lot as long as not on a sprung floor and it has all the original biscuits (plastic couplers). Stack 3 bass cabs on end, place 2 highs on top, use a peice of 3x2" wood to seperate the front of the 2 highs, and then the same at the back between the bass and highs. Then use a ratchet strap from the top to the bottom with the biscuits between the cabs that are touching at the back. |
