I'm in Ireland so wouldn't be much help on that front.
I get all my saw blades, spindle moulder tooling and router cutters sharpened by a local woodworking tooling company.
I'd say Google is yer man.

Any good tool shop will have a sharpening service, not (b&Q or screwfix type shops) Independents.
I use jc tools in Middlesex. Or google tool sharpening, I'm sure theres one local to you.

Vulcan tools in Smethwick have a sharpening service too...

In Sheffield we're lucky enough to have Atkinson-Walker, who make circular saw blades for *everything* and can sharpen anything as long as all the teeth are still on it. In fact they can sell you a potentially superior blade for your Festool, for less money. They do mail-order....http://www.atkinson-walker-saws.co.uk/
