Hi,

If I have some 12" reflex boxes over subs, would a bit of overlap of the crossover frequencies help the sound quality and output levels or hinder it?

Say the subs are running 50-125 and the BR 12" running 80 and up. Or would you start the BR at 125?

My thoughts are that it will add a bit more to the kick? or will it cancel out?

input welcome thanks again

Overlapping frequencies often lead to all kinds of phase issues.
