The QSC MX 3000a is capable of delivering 2 ohm Stereo/4 ohm Bridged Mono. However, the amplifier could not pass the heating requirements of UL. So, QSC listed a 4 ohm Stereo/8 ohm Bridged Mono Minimum on the back of the amplifier. First Generation: EX 4000 (1980s) Second Generation: MX 3000a (1990s) Third Generation: RMX 4050 HD (2000s) The design scheme of the three are the same in addition to output power. Best Regards, |
