i brought this receiver the other day without the mikes,..ive got a proel cordless mike & thought it might have picked up the mike but it dosn't..ive looked in side but nothing to adjust the freqs,.ive tryd to adjust the proel mike fereq but still dont work,.any help would be gratefull ,thanks,.

What model number is the mic? Could be that one is VHF and the other UHF... in fact, could be a number of reasons. Only way to help is to know the model number of both items.
