i dint notice that i thought it was 2" exit, and 300watt rms seems abit much for a compression driver

No real reason why you couldn't make a 300W compression driver, if its a 2" exit the VC is likely to be 3"-4" diameter, you wouldn't need that deep a winding to handle 300W on a 4" coil.

How many reputable manufacturers do you see advertising 300W CD´s? Zero. That should answer your question. CD´s use light diaphragms and thin cable as they need to respond quickly to the top end signals for which they´re built. A 300W unit would be self-defeating. "no at all" just people get excited when thay here more louder watts ect bullshit...its a long story still but its about efficiency quailty ect and how you play yu sound , heard many sound plays twice as loud ect as another and sounds awfull man , and yet sound not so loud play deeper smoother warmer ect .......nice one...nice to yu ears
