Hello,

Does anyone know where I can get a new frontplate (the part with the grill) for a Lab.Gruppen LAB 1000?
I e-mailed Lab.Gruppen (the factory) and the importer (for Holland).
0,0 response I'm afraid :( Bit of a disappointment for a brand like this.

Thanks in advance and greeting

Okay thanks, I will contact them.

I am also looking for new knobs (not the pot meters).

Isn't there anyone closer to you in Scandanavia?

I live in the Netherlands. Not Scandinavia?!
Actually we have quite a lot people here who repair amps and so. But I do not think there is a chance that those guys accidentally have a Lab1000 frontplate lying around. So that's why I tried the company itself and the importer for Holland.

cheers

im sure John at ampman will be able to help you - he keeps almost all lab parts in stock, inc casework, and postage to Holland wont be expensive

True!

But there are many places nearer to Holland were I could go to. I tried the Dutch importer first. They could refer me to a different place, but they didn't respond at all.

Call or email Labgruppen factory support in Sweden, they will help you directly or make sure someone else will. That's what I always do when our national distributor is slow to respond.
