They're so tiny there won't be much loading going on in the mids.
First time they get dropped when it's cold they will crack too.

yeah they've came up about 3 times now on the forum in the last few weeks. As said before its just a shame the 8" doesnt have a phase plug or it'd be VERY interesting. k |

Unless I'm missing something, I'm doubt the 1" parts of that 'horn' would actually produce a flat wave front (need in order for it to be a 'line array').

yea i would say they dont. i think the only line array waveguide for diy that looks like it might do the job is the 18sound one. |

Well if you look at all vertec horns they are the same. And they call it a line array :-)
