They're so tiny there won't be much loading going on in the mids.
 
 
 
 
 
First time they get dropped when it's cold they will crack too.

I think they look interesting, can,t find em on the bay though.
Are they for an 8" or a 10" ?.

8 inch with two 1-inch drivers. I think I just typed what the header on my post says. Ebay USA.

hey

yeah they've came up about 3 times now on the forum in the last few weeks. As said before its just a shame the 8" doesnt have a phase plug or it'd be VERY interesting.

Unless I'm missing something, I'm doubt the 1" parts of that 'horn' would actually produce a flat wave front (need in order for it to be a 'line array').

yea i would say they dont.

i think the only line array waveguide for diy that looks like it might do the job is the 18sound one.
looking for sr707/606 mk2, if you have, then contact me and consider sold (at a decent price). Thanks

Well if you look at all vertec horns they are the same. And they call it a line array :-)
