hi, i remember reading a nice long thread on this subject, tried many different search terms but unfortunately nothing comes up.
i have to fix 6 of them into 2mm aluminium sheet.

The Q-max rocks but if you wanna be realy exact with one make a template in a CAD program and tap it to the panel and then use that to align you punch to, makes drilling screw holes easy too...
 
Something like this taped on, you can centre punch through and then align really tight onto..
 
 
Failing that a 22mm holesaw finised with a Step drill or a Cone cutter...Smile

There is a device in which you can insert on your drill that will create a hole. Merely, take the Speakon to the lumber mill and, they should be able to find the correct size.
