How high does anyone think a Y bin loaded with a pd154 be run?

Up to 200 hz without honking?

I guess you are referring to the Martin Audio 115.
 
Back in the day they were often run up to around 300hz or sometimes even higher, but that's not to say it was desirable, just what was done in that era. They would certainly work up to 160hz or so.
it's all just cardboard and magnets really
