Hi all!
I've had to do an emergancy repair on a soundcraft series two console. I have basically taken a full 8 channel board and replaced it with an exact board from a different (but another series two). The console works fine now, but I noticed that the ribbon cables were also held in by glue blobs. What time of glue should I be using? It looks like hot glue from a gun, but I thought I'd check as I don't want to damage the board. What you all think? All the best, Ollie. |

It will be hot glue which also has the advantage that the plug can be removed by heating with a hot air gun.
